Climbing Kilimanjaro. Lemosho route

The Lemoshaw route is one of the new ascent routes to Kilimanjaro. It is also one of the longest to the top, so the proposed high-altitude casting up to 3500 m helps save several days of travel.
The route starts from the gate of Londorossi (2200 m), then the high-altitude launch to the Shira Plateau, which used to be the third peak of Kilimanjaro, before it collapsed, due to the strongest eruption and now the plateau rises to 4000 m. the mountains, to the camp of Shira 2 (3900 m), or a more comfortable route, 7 days in the mountains, leads to Shira 1 (3505 m), which allows for better acclimatization.

Then a steep ascent to the Lava Tower (4630 m) and descent into the Barranco Valley, one of the most beautiful places all the way. Further, the Lemosho route coincides with another ascent route – Machame.

You need to go because:
the ascent of Kilimanjaro is included in the program “7 highest peaks of the world”
3500 m high altitude saves days on the way to the top
the lack of crowds of climbers will make climbing more pleasant
the journey will take place with comfort, a team of experienced guides, cooks and porters will take care of this
wild gladiolus fields, black sheer cliffs and picturesque green meadows of the Shira Plateau
